Social Sharing
Mint a public link to a market, trader, event, copy-trade automation, or AI analysis and share it on X, Telegram, or by copying the URL. The recipient does not need an Airavat account to view the share.
What you can share
| Resource | Where to find the Share button | What gets shared |
|---|---|---|
| Market | Market detail page header | Market question, current prices, price-history chart |
| Trader | Trader detail page header | Trader profile, equity curve, performance metrics for the slice you’re viewing |
| Event | Event detail page header | Event title, tags, stat cards (market count, total volume, total liquidity), and the markets table |
| Copy-trade automation | Automation detail page header (Paper, Real, or Discretionary Trading) | Performance summary and equity curve for that automation |
| AI Analysis | AI Analysis detail page, on the latest analysis card | Analysis recommendation, confidence rating, key factors, and full analysis text |
How to share
- Open the detail page for the resource
- Click Share in the page header
- The Share dialog opens with a default message; edit it if you want (280-char max)
- Optionally add a Display name the first time you share. This is captured once and used to attribute every future share you mint.
- Click one of:
- Share on X opens X’s compose window with the message and link
- Telegram opens Telegram’s share dialog with the message and link preview
- Copy link copies the URL to your clipboard
The link is minted on the first click of any of the three buttons. Subsequent clicks within the same dialog session reuse the same link, so the same share appears across X / Telegram / clipboard.
What viewers see
A public viewer who opens a share URL lands on a read-only version of the page. They cannot change filters, slices, or any controls. What updates after mint time depends on the resource type:
- Market shares: market detail and price history are fetched live on each visit, so prices and chart update over time. Trades and individual trader positions are hidden on the public view.
- Trader shares: profile and equity curve are fetched live, but the (category, time window) slice is frozen at mint time and applied to every fetch. Public viewers do not see the slice dropdowns and cannot change the lens. To share a different slice for the same trader, change your dashboard dropdowns first, then mint a new share.
- Event shares: a complete snapshot captured at mint time. Includes the event title, tags, stat cards, and the markets table with prices and volumes at capture time. Does not refresh. The inline trading panels are hidden on the public view. To share updated data, mint a fresh link.
- Automation shares: a complete snapshot is captured at mint time and never refreshes. The automation’s filter, internal logs, and configuration settings are not exposed. To publish updated performance numbers, mint a fresh link.
- AI Analysis shares: a complete snapshot captured at mint time. Includes the full analysis result: recommendation, confidence, key factors, analysis text, and (for trader analyses) the stats grid; (for market/event analyses) prices and sources. Does not refresh. To share updated results, run a new analysis and mint a fresh link.
Wallet addresses and internal user IDs are stripped from public responses where applicable.
Display name
The first time you create any share, the Display name field captures whatever you enter (max 50 characters) and saves it to your account. Every share you mint after that is attributed to this name.
Display-name capture is first non-empty write wins: once a display name is saved, subsequent shares ignore the field. If you need to change your display name, contact support; there is no self-serve edit path today.
If you skip the field on your first share, Airavat assigns a stable, non-PII handle so the public page can still show attribution. A future share can still capture your display name as long as you have not already set one.
Rate limit
Each user can mint at most 20 shares per hour. Hitting the limit returns an error; legitimate dashboard use does not realistically reach this ceiling.
Expiry
All share links expire after 7 days. After expiry, the URL returns a “Share has expired” error. To keep sharing, mint a fresh link.
Limitations
- Email-alert automations cannot be shared. Paper Copy Trade, Real Copy Trade, and Discretionary Trading automation types are eligible.
- Automation shares require analytics to have been computed at least once. A brand-new automation returns “Automation analytics not yet computed; try again in a few minutes” until the next analytics run completes (analytics run on a 30-minute schedule).
- AI Analysis shares require at least one completed analysis. The Share button is hidden while an analysis is running.
- Shares are not currently editable. The captured snapshot, message, and slice are fixed once minted. To update, mint a new share.
